Hı everyone,
I try to seperate sugar from defeatted soy flour. I have 60 ethanol - 40 water mix and hot plate. How much time is required to dissolve maximum sugar at 80 Celcius. How can calculate it ?

Not possible to calculate, because sugar is infinte soluble, until you have a syrup or a kind of honey.

I think dissolving sugar in a mixture of ethanol and water at 80 °C will be faster if you stir well and use powdered sugar.
