impossible lab? or my mistake

the lab question:
sodium carbonate is dissolved in water. a sol of sulfuric acid in water is added to the sodium carbonate sol. carbon dioxide is formed and comes out bubbling. the other products are liquid water and sodium sulfate. the sodium sulfate is dissolved in water.

this is the equation i came up with but it is impossible to balence someone help!

Na2CO3 + H2SO4= CO2 + Na2S + H2O

Na2CO3 + H2SO4= CO2 + Na2SO4 + H2O

Na2SO4 is sodium sulfate I need to memorize my sulfate ion
