KNO3 + K2CrO4 -> No reaction correct? since it would just create the same chemicals or they just don't react at all?

Both chemicals are oxidisers with the highest oxidations numbers +5 for Nitrogen and +6 for chromium. There is no reaction.

Okay, in terms of doing a precipitation reaction, you could deduce the same answer that there would be no reaction?

There is no precipitation. Both salt soluble in water.
