Epoxy compound

Post by mikasainfin »

Hello, I would like to ask for help. I am making epoxy compound pouring type Korrobond 65. 2k system pouring, simultaneously poured about 60-80 kg of epoxy compound. Already a month I can not do anything: the main parameter of the compressive stress at the yield point (breaking stress in compression) does not grow it is about 80-90 MPa, although the task 120 MPa. I do not know what to do, the basis of epoxy YD-128 on bisphenol A unmodified, of fillers quartz flour, micromarble and as a diluent just AGE. I cure everything with ethyleneamines (teta,pepa,+dmp-30 as gas pedal). Maybe some new fillers you can advise, or it is better to look for a new (additional) binder. Thanks for your help

I have never actually done it in a lab. Maybe I need professional guidance.
