Sadly, we must report today that Google has forced us to change the Chmoogle web-site name. Might makes right, big money wins, and Google's famous Do No Evil code of conduct seems to evaporate when lawyers are involved.
Although we are convinced we will prevail before the USPTO and/or the Courts against Google's claim of infringement, they have billions, and we are just a bunch of scientists trying to advance science one step further by providing a search that Google can't do.
