I have a rule that says all chlorides are soluble execpt those of Pb+2, Ag+, and Hg+.
But none of them say anything about Chlorate.
Can anyone help?

Heyyy YES Barium Chlorate is soluble in water... well ummm you shud identify the difference between chloride and chlorate .. dey are two entirely opposite terms,, in terms of chemsitry but coinceidently all chlorates are also soluble in water except for only sodium perchlorate ..
