oxidation number of molecules and ions

could u plz help me find out the oxidation number for all of these molecules and ions

Remember all the molecules have the neutralization about charge, so their oxidization number are 0, the oxidization of ions are their charge, so u can see with PF6-, its oxidization number is 1-.
