balancing equations

Well I need to balance this equation.

3Al + 3NH4ClO4 = Ba(SCN)2 + H2O + NH3

and I dont understand because there are different elments on each side but my professor says it is possible.

There is NO WAY to balance it.
You are right, it is impossible!
