Please Help Balancing equation

Post by Susan Cassady »

CuSO4 5H2O + K2C2O4 H2O to produce K2[Cu(C2O4)2], K2SO4, and H2O

this is how I've balanced this reaction...is it right :?:

CuSO4 5H2O + 2[K2C2O4] H2O ------K2[Cu(C2O402] 2H2O, K2SO4, and 3H2O

Please Help

That is a link. If you click on it you'll see the answer.
Just in case here is the answer inlined:

Code: Select all

 CuSO4*5H2O + 2 K2C2O4*H2O = K2[Cu(C2O4)2]*2H2O + K2SO4 + 5 H2O
