CaI2 + Hg(NO3)2 = HgI2 + Ca(NO3)2
2 Al+3 Cl2=2 AlCl3
2 C2H2 + 5 O2 = 4 CO2 + 2 H2O
MgCl2 = Mg + Cl2
2H2O2 = 2H2O + O2

thank u so much m8, if anyone else would like to answer any more questions for me plz..i have some here

Identify the precipitate formed when solutions of these ionic compounds are mixed.

H2SO4+BaCl2=

Al2(SO4)3+NH4OH=

AgNO3+H2S=

Hi here are the answers, I hope you can balance the equation:
If not, let me know :)
Where are you from? Are you are college student?

H2SO4+BaCl2=
Precipitate: BaSO4

Al2(SO4)3+NH4OH=
Precipitate: Al(OH)3

AgNO3+H2S=
Precipitate: Ag2S

CaCl2+Pb(NO3)2=
Precipitate: PbCl2

Ca(NO3)2+Na2CO3=
Precipitate: CaCO3

thanks alot, i wish i was in college...but this is just high school chemistry. And i wish i was in college...be so awesome. Also im from texas.

Alright i have another for anyone to answer....

Write a balanced equation for the complete combustion of each compound.

butene(C4H8)

octane(C4H18)

glycerol(C3H8O3)

This one is easy!
Your compound add O2 and the reagents. CO2 and H2O are the products.
General from of the unbalanced equation will be:
<your compound> + O2 = CO2 + H2O
For instance for butene, unbalanced equation is: C4H8 + O2 = CO2 + H2O

Now just enter an unbalanced equation in the balancer:

and press "Balance" - it will give you the a balanced one.

Here is for butene:

In general all compounds which are made from C, H and O when burn produce CO2 and H2O as a products.
