Q: Using whole-no. coefficients write the eqn for the hypothetical gas-phase rxn of dinitrogen pentoxide with ammonia to form water vapor and nitrogen.
A: 3N2O5 + 10NH3 = 15H2O + 16N
Q: If, initially, 0.010 mols of each reactant is mixed with 0.25 mols of each product in a piston/cylinder at a V of 10.0 L, to 2 S.F., calculate the amount of H3N(g) present when EQ is established if Kc = 175 for this rxn.
Any thoughts on the second part of this question?
