1. Is it possible to convert carbon dioxide into oxyzen in real time?

2. whether it's possible to convert all gases into oxyzen?

Most plants and algae convert carbon dioxide into oxygen in real time. It called photosynthesis.
All gases can’t be converted into oxygen unless you harness sophisticated nuclear reactions.
Remember safety first! Check MSDS and consult with professionals before performing risky experiments.
