Diethylamine

Diethylamine (C4H11N)is a flammable, strongly alkaline liquid. It is miscible with water and ethanol. As a liquid it has a dark brown color due to impurities, however when distilled it is colorless. And it is a secondary amine with the molecular structure CH3CH2NHCH2CH3.It is volatile and has a strong unpleasant odor.
Diethylamine is used as a corrosion inhibitor and in the production of rubber, dyes, resins and pharmaceuticals.
