Balance KMnO4 + NaIO3 -> MnO2 + NaIO4

I am trying to balance the following reaction in a basic solution:

However I cannot balance

KMnO4 + NaIO3 = MnO2 + NaIO4

- where does the K and O go in this?
Am I missing something? Does balancing this in a basic solution imply reagents that interact with K and O?
