hi, i have this complex compound and i would like to know how to count the oxidation number of the technetium atom. i believe the two phosphorus and nitrogen (not nitrido) are neutral ligands, because they form four bonds in total. but, im not really sure about the charge of nitrido and dithiocarboxylic acid, especially with the delocalization going around. can you help, thanks!

I see only the triply bonded N (see nitrido ligands) and the dithiocarboxylate as anionic ligands here. This would result in four negative charges, which are balanced by Tc(V) to the extent that the complex is still singly positively charged. The remaining ligand is neutral and tridentate.
