Re: redox reaction
What is C6H8O6? Ascorbic acid?
Probably you get CO2 and water. Manganese will be reduced to Mn 2+.
Influence of HNO3 not clear, because it's also oxidiser.
10 MnO2 + 20 HNO3 + C6H8O6 => 10 Mn(NO3)2 + 14 H2O + 6 CO2

Re: redox reaction
MnO₂ + C₆H₈O₆ + 2 HNO₃ → Mn(NO₃)₂ + C₆H₆O₆ + 2 H₂O
Where:
Mn(NO₃)₂ is manganese(II) nitrate
C₆H₆O₆ is dehydroascorbic acid
H₂O is water

Re: redox reaction
It wasnt mentioned which products should be achieved. CO2 or C6H6O6.
MnO2 and also nitric acid are oxidisers. I am not convinced the reaction stops at C6H6O6
