Aluminium is 3 valent, silicon 4 valent phosphorous 3 valent and 2 sulfur valent. So your compounds not possible.

Al ( Si P S ) 3
+4-3-2=-1, -1*3=-3, +3-3=0. should be possible
+3 +4 -3 -2
Al Si P S

The first one would be 3 times [S-Si=P]- and Al 3+
Theoretical possible. Aluminium thio phosphino-silicate.
Second one is only mathematical, it guides to two compounds Aluminiumphoshide AlP and silicon disulfide SiS2
Al 3+ And P 3- and Si 4+ and 2 times S 2-.
