If SiC(200mm,Ra₃₀₀nm) and Si(200mm,Ra₃₀₀nm) solid materials are in contact with each other and in contact with each other under certain conditions(50mT, 300℃,5000Kg/f), can you quantify the adsorption force according to the area of contact by physical method or chemical method?

Please solve my troubles.
