Quantitative analysis. Where you determine the concentration of CrO²- 4 anion . Using the method of quantitative conversion of Cr(aCaC)₃ to a yellow CrO²- 4 anion. Using the maximum absorbance 365nm. FTIR.

The Chromium analysis part

The method is written, but to prepare the calibration curve is not in your paper. You have to prepare some samples with different content of CrO₄ 2- and measure the absorbance to get the calibration curve.
Later you use the unknown sample to get its content by measuring the absorbance.
