Strip of ITP to test for presence of iron

Post by titanif »

Hello,
I apologize in advance for the simple question, but I cannot find an answer online. I am looking at a TDS that says to dip a strip of ITP into an operating bath to check for the presence of iron. What is an ITP strip? When I try googling it, all of the results are related to the ITP disease. Any help is greatly appreciated.

ITP stand for Iron Test Paper strips. These are similar to the pH paper strips for pH checking. These are sensitive for iron.
