AlCl3 + NH4Cl + 4 NaOH = AlN + 4 NaCl + 4 H2O

kindly help me in this.

No, AlN goes under hydrolysis if wet.
Synthesis need temperature up to 1600 °C

Thankyou very much for your help. I will go through this. Still, I am checking some wet chemical procedures like Hydrothermal, since I don't have the facility to reach very high temperatures. If there are any suggestions for low temperature techniques, please enlighten. :)
