I am just getting into chemistry and I am having a hard time balancing equations correctly.

Re: chemistry
Water is reactant for the oxidation part, it is product for the reducing part in acidic environment.
So start with redox pair. Here ClO3- / ClO2 and SbO+/Sb2O5
REDUCTION
ClO3- + 2 H+ => ClO2 + H2O
Balancing charges with e-
ClO3- + 2 H+ + e- => ClO2 + H2O
OXIDATION
2 SbO+ + 3 H2O => Sb2O5 + 6 H+
Balancing charges with e-
2 SbO+ + 3 H2O => Sb2O5 + 6 H+ + 4 e-
Multiplikation of first equation by 4 to get the same amount of electrons.
4 ClO3- + 8 H+ + 4 e- => 4 ClO2 + 4H2O
Addition and Balance electron H+ and water
4 ClO3- + 2 H+ + 2 SbO+ => 4 ClO2 + Sb2O5 + H2O
In sum water is product.
