Combustion Reaction

Hello,
I am a current University student working on a rocket design. I have a fuel type chosen and know the chemical makeup and amounts. I trying to calculate the total heat output of the rocket to determine the material. This fuel involves an oxidizer which I don't quite know how to deal with. Is there software I can use to simulate this combustion reaction or someone that might be able to point me in the direction of a book or video that might walk me through the calculation?
KNO3+NH4NO3+C6H14O6=?
