esterification reactions

can we incorporate in a esterification reactions with an alcohol and glutaric acid , with a surfactant and solvent as dibutyl ether

For what purpose, but try it. If surfactant will not decompose.

the objective is to increase the surface area of the reactants and thereby reduce process time .
