H3PO4 + Ca(OH)2

Phosphoric acid + Calcium hydroxide.

What are the reactants of this equationa and how would I balance them?

You need to write an unbalanced equation:
H3PO4 + Ca(OH)2 = Ca3(PO4)2 + H2O
and then balance this equation here
