Is this reaction impossible?
N₂O₄ + ClO₄^- = NO₃^- + Cl₂
I found a solution for this reaction, but the site told me that is impossible!
Any clue?

Theoretical on paper is everything possible, but I think the reaction will go only to chloride Cl-.
