Can someone pls tell if these are correct products of this reaction?
CuSO4*5H2O + C12H22O11 = Cu(OH)2 + H2SO4 + CO2

I dont think so. Coppersulfate and sugar don't react each other. It need additional complex agent and Hydroxide to get a reaction.

yes but the reaction took place at 200 degrees and for almost 24 hrs and there were no other reactants.

Sugar get Carbon at that temperature known from cooking, Probably it will reduce the copper.
