Need help with these reactions

Post by davidwiki8 »

(SiO2)(Al2O3)(H2O)+H2SO4=?

SiO2Al2O3H2O+HNO3=?

I want to know what the products of these reactions would be.

Thanks in advance.

At least only aluminium will probably dissolved.

Al2O3 + 6 H+ => 2 Al3+ + 3 H2O

Silicon dioxide will not be touched.

The molecule is like in a diamond. Beside hydrogenflouride, no acid can dissolve it.
