why do not equal the input (moles) with the output(moles) in the material balance?

dont know what you mean. The equation is balanced. But what ever the compunds be are. What is ClH4NO for example.

Ammonium hypo chlorite NH4OCl or Hydroxylamin hydro chloride NH2OH*HCl?

ClH4NO is Hydroxylamine hydrochloride
I have simulated a stoichiometry calculation giving a value for the weight of a component, after which the program calculated the weight and moles for the rest of the components.
According to the mass balance, the mass and moles of the input materials must be equal to the mass and moles of the output materials, but in my case the moles of input materials differs from the moles of outgoing substances. Why?

I would calculate it by manual again. Probably a problem of the program.

But only the sum of the mass should be equal on both sides. The moles can differ.

Example 3 H2 + N2 => 2 NH3

On the left side you have 4 mol, but on the right side only 2 mol.

Mass 3 *2 g/mol + 28 g/mol = 34 g/mol = 2 *17 g/mol

equal 34 g/mol both sides.
