So,which lewis acid to chose in adition of hydrogen sulfide to ketones
Eg. H₂S+C₃H₆O=[(CH₃)₂CS]₃+H₂O
I have readen about TiCl₄ but don't know if it's geometrical structure corresponds to this reaction.

Never thought about thionating agent,i will try with phosphorous pentasulfide as I can't acces lawessons reagent.It should work but with longer preparation time and lower yield.Thanks.
