36 KNO3 + 5 C12H22O11 => 18 K2O + 18 N2 + 55 H2O + 30 CO2 + 30 CO

You have to develop the oxidation and reduction equation first.
sugar you can change to C12 (H2O)11

Then you take each 6 C to oxidize to CO2 and CO

The reduction is 2 KNO3 => N2 + K2O + 5 (O)

The combination guides to the result.
