You have to add 24 NO2. But probably the ammonia also reacts with NO2 to form nitrogen.

5Al(NO3)3 + 3Y(NO3)3 + NH4HCO3 = Y3Al5O12 + NH3+ H2O + CO2 + 24 NO2

5Al(NO3)3 + 3Y(NO3)3 + 8NH4HCO3 = Y3Al5O12 + 7N2 + 20H2O + 8CO2 + 18NO2
