Cu2(SO4)2 is not correct, it must be either CuSO4 or Cu2SO4.
Which one did you mean?

Cu(SO4)2 + 2 NH4OH = CuO + H2O + 2 NH4(SO4)

I guess this will be the right one...
Thanks,

No

You will get Cu(NH3)4(OH)2

CuSO4 + 6 NH4OH => Cu(NH3)4(OH)2 + (NH4)2SO4 + 4 H2O
