H₂₀+02+cl2+mn
In a water tank i want to add oxygen to the water 0.23 mglL
then i want to add cl2 .
The water contains mangan.(80 micrograms/L)
will the oxygen bond with chorine and gas out?

Depending on the solubilty limit both gases can gas out.

Chlorine reacts like in clorinated water in a swimmingpool.

Cl₂ + H₂O = HCl + HclO

The oxygen will be dissolved physically.
