Distilled water + solid ammonium iron (II) sulphate + sodium hydroxide reaction

Is this the right balanced equation?
(NH₄)₂Fe(SO₄)₂*6H₂O + 4NaOH â†’ 2 Na₂SO₄ + 2 NH₃ + Fe(OH)₂ + 8 H₂O

Mostly yes. Water of hydration is not involved in the reaction.
