Help me balance this equation

I haven't balanced an equation for awhile and am in need of a little help.

C10H10Fe+(CH3CO)2O = C12H12FeO+C14H14FeO2

Don't know if its pertinent or not, but the reaction takes place in the presence of H3PO4 and is an electrophilic aromatic substitution.

FeH2(C5H4)2 + (CH3CO)2O = FeH(C5H4)2(CH3CO) + Fe(C5H4)2(CH3CO)2
Which suggests water is a biproduct.

Use aliasing :

FeH2X2 + Y2O = FeHX2Y + FeX2Y2 + H2O
But:

2 FeH2X2 + Y2O = 2 FeHX2Y + H2O
And:

FeH2X2 + Y2O = FeX2Y2 + H2O
Thus we have two competing reactions, which may be balanced indefinitely.
