Balancing help..

I am trying to balance NH4I(s) + Cl2(g) = NH42Cl(s) + I2(s)

Please help I cannot figure this one out!!

There's your problem right there. It's just

NH4Cl
.

Then it becomes simple.
There's 2 chlorine on the left, so put 2 on the right.
That makes 2 nitrogen on the right, so put 2 on the left.
That makes 2 iodine on the left, and we have 2 on the right, so we're done.

2 NH4I (s) + Cl2 (g) = 2 NH4Cl (s) + I2 (s)
