I am having trouble determining the products for this chemical reaction. I think that there is H2O? CO2? + (what else). Thank you.

To determine products of this reaction you need to know what exacly C6H8O6 is and how many COOH functional groups it has.
Do you know it's name or structural formula?

C6H8O6 is ascorbic acid. We didn't study organic acids or functional groups yet. That's why i need help :(, our teacher didn't teach us this stuff

In this case products will be:
CO2, H2O and NaC6H7O6 (Sodium Ascorbate).
Balanced reaction is:
Na2CO3 + 2C6H8O6 = 2NaC6H7O6 + CO2 +H2O

Yea, that seems logical. Thanks a lot :D
