To determine products of this reaction you need to know what exacly C6H8O6 is and how many COOH functional groups it has.
Do you know it's name or structural formula?

In this case products will be:
CO2, H2O and NaC6H7O6 (Sodium Ascorbate).
Balanced reaction is:
Na2CO3 + 2C6H8O6 = 2NaC6H7O6 + CO2 +H2O
