How to process galena stone to be each part like 99.99% Pb, Zn,Cu,etc.
As I know use froth flotation.
a. As far as I know use Xanthate reagent but it's dangerous chemical any idea to use the other chemical for reagent.
b. How many chemical composition for froth flotation.
Galena Composition in % as laboratory test :
Fe 5.08; Al2O3 0.09; CaO 0.06; SiO2 2.13; Pb 71.19, Zn 2.35; S 18.2
The other mineral about 0.01 - 0.06.
