KI + Pb(NO3)2 = PbI2 + KNO3

Balanced:
2 KI + Pb(NO3)2 = PbI2 + 2 KNO3

You don't need 2 K and 2 NO3; a 1:1 ratio is sufficient because it is combining a K+ ion with a NO3- ion, thus canceling the charges.
