Another Chemical Balance

Ok, how about a solution of Sulfuric Acid neutralizes a solution of potassium hydroxide... Would it be H2SO4 + KOH = H2 + OH + K2SO4?

No, this is not correct.
You should seriuosly pay additional time to chemistry or find a study group in your school.
Remember safety first! Check MSDS and consult with professionals before performing risky experiments.
