Impossible equation??

2Cr(OH)3(s) + 2HCl(aq) --> 2CrCl(aq) + 3H2O(l)??

Ok I know this isn't balanced right, what am I doing wrong? is this a possible reaction? also do I have the states (s,aq,l) correct?
