Whether peptides made with 3,3,3 TFAlanine will fold / conform to the same molecular shape as the same peptide made with natural amino acids ? Thank you!

I do not know the answer, but I would search for something like that:
fluorine+amino+acid+folding
If you will find out please let me know the answer, it's quite an interesting topic.

They dont have the same shape.

Due to its small steric size, fluorine has been used as a replacement for hydrogen in many biologically active molecules,including amino acids. Once introduced, the strong carbon-fluorine bond is particularly resistant to metabolic transformations, and the electronegativity of fluorine can have a significant effect on the basicity or acidity of neighbouring groups and on the electron distribution, and can change the overall reactivity and stability of a molecule. :)

Where are you getting all this reactions from?
They look really strange.

ClO2 + KOH + H2O2 ---> KClO2 + H2O + O2
KClO + O3 --> KClO3 + O2 (not sure about this one)
Br2 + HgO ---> Br2O + HgBr2
I2 + H2O + HgO ---> HgI2 +HIO
Si2Cl6 + LiAlH4 --> Si2H6 + LiCl + AlCl3 (I suppose you have meant Si2H6)

P.S. It's a good idea to start a new post for each new question.
