O4 and O8 are not existing
O3 will get H2O with H2.

These exotic things. These also burn H2 to water.
But I don't beleave to make them in presence of hydrogen.

It's impossible to get H2 + O3→H2O + H2 📖
maybe you mean: H2O + O2 📖?

What you talking about. Never mentioned O3 + H2 => H2O + H2.

O3 + 3 H2 => 3 H2O will happen.
