Hello everyone, this is my first message in the forum.
I am looking for help about the study of complex formation equilibria, since when doing class exercises on the subject, the result I get is not close to what that should give.
For example, find the concentration Ce3+ and CeY- in a 10-2 M solution of Ce(III) and EDTA, buffered at pH 9, taking into account side reactions.
The results should be [CeY-] = 10-2 M and [Ce3+] = 2·10-10.
Maybe I should rest a bit and look at it more calmly, but it's something I keep thinking about.
Any bibliography I can find on the net or at the university library on the subject?
Thanks in advance.
Alex
