The reaction between cobalt(II) nitrate (CO(NO3)2) and potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KH2PO4) can be represented by the following chemical equation:
CO(NO3)2 + 2KH2PO4 -> CO(HPO4)2 + 2KNO3
In words, cobalt(II) nitrate reacts with potassium dihydrogen phosphate to produce cobalt(II) dihydrogen phosphate and potassium nitrate.

The element symbol for Cobalt is Co not CO. CO is carbon monoxide.
