The Quantitation Limit (Analysis results presentation)

Post by alecb »

The Quantitation Limit of the method is 0.1%. The analysis results are 0.06% 0.08% and 0.05%. Is it possible to round the result to 0.1% or represent it as < 0.1% (<LOQ) ?
Thanks for the answer.

No, you have to change the method procedure in this way that you get results above the quantitations limit.
Or you write the compounds are not detectable, because they are below the quantitations limit. The numbers are house numbers.
