2 SiH4 +N2O + 2 NH3=> Si2N2O + N2 + 7 H2

Thank you very much for your response.
I tried to substitute the chemical formula you gave me into an online chemical calculator.
The following message appears, what do you think about this?
I want to hear from you.

Error: equation SiH4+N2O+NH3=Si2N2O+N2+H2 can be balanced in an infinite number of ways: this is a combination of two different reactions

It is a combination reaction.

Normally 2 SiH4 + N2O => Si2N2O + 4 H2

But without ammonia the reaction doesnt work.
