2 SiH₄ +N₂O + 2 NH₃=> Si₂N₂O + N₂ + 7 H₂

It is a combination reaction.

Normally 2 SiH₄ + N₂O => Si₂N₂O + 4 H₂

But without ammonia the reaction doesnt work.
