question about compounds in KH2PO4

Good evening. I'd like some help.I am trying to calculate how much K would there be in 100mg P/L of KH2PO4. Could somebody please walk me through the steps? I am really confused.

1. get the molar weight of the KH2PO4
2. Calculate the moles n = m/M
3. Calculate back the mass by using molar weight of pottassium.
